The room size was impressive, with a comfy bed, couch, and clean bathroom. Initially worried about noise, but the workers were quiet. The shops next door were handy. Friendly staff, good central location with little traffic noise. The owner was very helpful, even cleaning up clay from the carpark inside the room! Bright outside lights may disturb light sleepers.

Owners were incredibly friendly and the location is ideal, with great food places nearby. the added bonus of a clean pool and convenient amenities next door made my stay a delightful experience. I will DEFINITELY be back next year!

Had a great stay at a motel in Ballarat. the room was spacious and updated, with a large bathroom and a big shower. Everything was very clean, and the heater and electric blanket were a pleasant surprise. the layout of the room was clever, making good use of the space. the designated car park right in front of the room was convenient, and the staff were friendly. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including free WiFi.

The hotel also had a beautiful garden area with garden furniture, where I enjoyed relaxing in the evenings. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
