The waterfront view from the balcony was breathtaking. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was fairly central, making it convenient to explore Nelson Bay and the Northern beaches. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

This waterfront B&B offered us a truly idyllic and relaxing stay. The room was bright and had stunning water views. We loved having a small lounge room and a beautiful balcony to enjoy the mesmerizing sunsets. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The location was perfect, right on the waterfront and within walking distance of a bus stop. The hotel staff, particularly Anne, was extremely friendly and made us feel at home instantly. The breakfast served was of top-class quality, equal to any five-star restaurant.

There was nothing we didn't like.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the spacious and clean room. the view from the room was beautiful, right on the water. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and arrived on time.

One downside was that at times, I could hear the family talking, but I understand that this is a common occurrence in a B&B. the bed was also a bit firm for my liking, which made it less comfortable.

The rooms were spacious and decorated beautifully, giving a cozy and beachy feel. There were also added touches like coffee making equipment, a microwave, and a good range of teas, which added to the convenience. the breakfasts provided were excellent, with a wide range of options to cater to different tastes.

The mattress in the room was quite hard and felt old, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, the toiletries provided were not up to the standard I expected for a 4 1/2 star accommodation.

Anne's personalized service and attention to detail were top-notch. We particularly loved the homemade treats that awaited us in our room each afternoon. We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, from wine glasses to sun lotion. The bedroom and TV room out onto the balcony provided stunning views over the water. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfasts that Anne delivered right to our room. The attention to detail was outstanding, making us feel pampered and well taken care of. We would highly recommend this place to our friends and can't wait to come back!
