Always returning for a cozy stay. Helpful staff suggested great dining spots on my first visit. Perfect place with Free Wi, Fi, Laundry, Flat, screen TV, and Air conditioning. Off, site car park. No pets. Coming back for New Year! .

We found the location ideal for the wedding we attended and for accessing the nearby hospitals easily. the breakfast provided was satisfying, and the friendly staff made us feel welcomed. the cleanliness and hotel facilities were up to our standards, and the parking was convenient.

The Arden Motel in Melbourne had a charming, old-fashioned decor that added character to the spacious room. the ease of access to the city via tram and the helpful staff made for a comfortable stay. the nearby landmarks, such as the National Gallery of Victoria and Melbourne Zoo, provided great opportunities for relaxation and family bonding amidst the vibrant city atmosphere.

Breakfast wasn't bad, cornflakes were ok. the room was cozy but needed an extra blanket for the cold bed. the shower head was droopy, sounded like a chopper in the bathroom, but worked fine. Easy tram access to the city. A bit dated, but good overall. Managed to figure out the quirky microwave! Budget-friendly and got the job done. Could use a style upgrade, but a decent stay. Great for a quick visit, just bring your own lactose-free milk and rice cakes! Cheers!

The hotel offered a great value for the budget with the facilities that are usually seen in more expensive motels. I appreciated the helpful and friendly staff who had a welcoming smile every time I encountered them. the location was convenient, close to transportation and the hospital, which made my stay hassle-free. the relaxing atmosphere also provided a nice break after a long day outdoors or at the hospital. Smoking was not allowed in the rooms but there were ashtrays outside, making it accommodating for those who smoke. the hotel was also well-secured with security overseeing the premises at night.

There was some noise from outside when people were coming and going to their rooms, but it was manageable with earplugs. Some of the soft coverings did have an old ingrained cigarette smell which could be a put-off.
