The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. the room service was fantastic value, with breakfast delivered to our room on time, hot, and plentiful. the location was handy to walk to dinner at the club and just across the road to the water. We had one of the best rooms with a view over the front garden to the water and one of the best restaurants by the water just down the road. the room was clean and comfortable, definitely worth its money.

One thing that could be improved is providing clearer instructions for the TV remote and clock radio operation in the rooms. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide a simple guide for guests to navigate these amenities, especially for unfamiliar brands.

The kids had a blast at the on-site water park, and my wife loved the relaxing spa treatments. the family-friendly atmosphere made our vacation truly enjoyable.

My wife says that brighter lighting in the room would have been helpful for bedtime stories.

During our short notice Easter weekend stay, we were delighted by the unbeatable location of this motor inn, just steps away from the marina and local amenities. the management team was extremely welcoming, and the room was impeccably clean with a recently washed carpet. the peaceful ambiance provided a serene retreat, and the well-equipped kitchenette allowed for convenient meal options. the pool was a refreshing way to unwind after days of exploration.

Bathroom great, plenty of storage, small fridge, table, and chairs for seating. the shower was very good, and the bed comfortable. Spread out comfortably in the room. the under cover parking was a lifesaver, especially during the rainy weather. the location was incredible.

Traffic noise was a bit noticeable.

Being in a relatively peaceful part of town instead of on the main highway was probably one of the few positives about this accommodation place. the extensive relaxation amenities such as the swimming pool and outdoor facilities added to the enjoyment, while exploring nearby landmarks like Batemans Bay Mini Golf and Corrigans Beach Reserve created memorable moments for family bonding during our stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly pleasant experience. the location was fantastic - it was conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and the local shopping center. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Lastly, the room itself was cozy and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also enjoyed the lovely view of the front garden and the water. it was a great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is right across the road from the marina and close to Bateman's Bay township with easy access. It is also by the water and close to shops, making it convenient to explore the area. The rooms are clean and air-conditioned, equipped with necessary facilities like fridge, kettle, and ironing appliances.

The air-conditioner in some rooms needed maintenance, which could be a slight inconvenience during the stay.

The lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms, absence of window screens, and lack of exhaust fans in the bathroom and toilet made it difficult to stay cool during the hot summer days. Despite the provided fans, we struggled to sleep comfortably at night due to the lack of fresh air.

the room I booked was larger than expected for the price, and it was equipped with convenient amenities such as a toaster, microwave, and fridge. Despite being situated on a main road, the room was well-insulated, and I couldn't hear any noise from the traffic. I also appreciated the nice balcony where I could enjoy some fresh air or dry off my wet swimsuit. the room itself was spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable, with clean and good-quality linen. the location was excellent, with the marina just across the road and shops and restaurants within walking distance. I had a spotless and enjoyable stay, and I must mention that the manager was super friendly.
