Everything was fantastic.

We had an amazing stay at Arise Collins House. the location was perfect, with tram stops nearby and easy access to the free tram zone. the rooms were spacious and the toilets were clean. the staff were very helpful and provided us with a portable blowing heater/fan. the apartment was well-insulated, so we didn't need to rely on the heaters too much. the views from our high floor were stunning, especially for us country folks.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and popular areas within the city. The spacious rooms and toilet provided us with the comfort we were looking for. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were impressed with the range of amenities provided, including the room facilities such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, and a sitting area. The laundry facilities were a bonus, as it allowed us to pack lighter and have fresh clothes throughout our stay. we were very pleased with the quality of service and the level of comfort provided at this hotel.

Room was clean and bed was comfy. Location was great, with easy access to nearby restaurants. the view was also fantastic. Received two complementary items that were greatly appreciated.

No TV in bedroom and had to take out my own trash before leaving. Apparently a newer place and some things weren't set up properly, had to fix the TV myself.
