We spent our Xmas holiday in this hotel and we loved the complementary gifts of fresh fruits and champagne in our room upon arrival. the location was great, just a stone’s throw away from the train and tram stations. It was spectacular and offered stunning views of the city.

We didn’t like the additional charge for paying with a credit card, which was quite high. It was also inconvenient that we couldn’t pay through bank transfer.

The location was extremely convenient to Box Hill Hospital and had great parking. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the room layout was well-designed. The hotel had a relaxed vibe and the staff were friendly and professional.
