The guest house atmosphere was really nice, especially the courtyard where you can enjoy a light breakfast. the variety of cereals and breads was great, and there were newspapers and magazines to read. the laundry facilities were convenient and the computer and bookcase for guest use were a nice touch.

Parking was a major issue as there were very limited spots and no other options were offered when they were filled up. My room was not ready and there was no staff member to assist me.

We booked this hotel for a last-minute stay and were pleasantly surprised. The receptionist kindly allowed us to check in early, which was a great start to our stay. Our room, although small, had everything we needed, and the bed was truly amazing - like sleeping on a luxury pillow top bed. The motel was well-maintained and spotlessly clean, and the staff, including the cheerful cleaning ladies, were always friendly. Free street parking was readily available, and the included breakfast had a great variety of breads. The price we paid was definitely worth it for the quality of the room, the free breakfast, parking, and even free Wi-Fi. The location was convenient, with the train station just a 5-minute walk away for easy access to the CBD. Despite being located on a main road, the motel was surprisingly quiet. we had a lovely, warm, and charming experience at Ashfield Manor and would highly recommend it.
