Had an amazing stay at a cosy motel near Roma's town centre! the well-equipped kitchen in the room was a game-changer. Would DEFINITELY choose this place again. the rooms are even better than in photos!

I just stayed at a fantastic hotel in a great location. It was close to all the local attractions in town, which made exploring so easy. The room was modern and clean, with beautiful appliances and tasteful decor. The friendly staff were so helpful and gave great suggestions for dinner. The hotel also had extra facilities like a recreation room, laundry, and BBQs, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the view from my room was amazing!

That it was a bit difficult to park my big Ute in the designated parking spaces.

Modern, clean, and silent units with undercover parking. Close enough to town center for dining options, but peaceful. Superb pool, BBQ area, and games/fitness room with great equipment. Spotlessly clean rooms and speedy check-in/check-out. Fantastic stay.

Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the staff at Athena Studio Units Motel. They were friendly and helpful, providing me with great recommendations for nearby attractions. The room I stayed in was modern, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable one-night stay. The bed was cozy and the heating was just right. I was also happy to have under cover parking right outside my room. I had requested a quiet room, and I was pleased that my request was granted. I had a pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

Although most aspects of my stay were enjoyable, I did notice some road noise during the night, which could be bothersome for light sleepers. Additionally, there were some noisy fellow guests leaving early in the morning, which was a bit annoying but understandable.

The stay at Athena Studio Units in Roma was comfortable and relaxing, with a modern room decor and great amenities like the outdoor table area with fairy lights and a luke-warm pool. the only downside was the lack of shaded parking for some units, making them hot and uncomfortable during the day.

The hotel room was very spacious, with a comfortable bed and a modern kitchen area. the parking was very convenient, and it was located in a nice quiet location despite being close to a busy street. the hotel was also located just a short drive from many great restaurants.

The hotel lacked any cheerful or bright decor, and the artwork was unremarkable. There was also a lack of in-room information about the location.

This place is amazing! The staff here are so helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and modern. And guess what? There's a recreation room with billiard tables and darts! Plus, they have a laundry facility on-site, which is so convenient. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including an ironing board, tea and coffee facilities, and even a dining table. The patio outside was a nice touch too. I also loved the fact that the rooms were soundproofed, so I had a peaceful and quiet stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
