We had a fantastic stay at By Cllix! the room was spacious and had a lovely view, just as we had seen online. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. the location was perfect, with Southbank and the city of Melbourne within walking distance. We loved the views of the city and river, and the after hours check-in staff were incredibly accommodating. the apartment was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was close to everything, including the famous casino and Southbank area. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and they were always available to assist us with whatever we needed. Our room was very well-maintained and came with a full set of room amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a dining table. The leisure facilities such as Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV were perfect to help us unwind after a full day. Highly recommended!

The location of this hotel was perfect for our Thanksgiving weekend. We received two amazing complementary breakfasts each morning and the free shuttle service was a great bonus. the bed was also incredibly comfortable, making for a good night's sleep.

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. the bathroom was not properly cleaned and the smell was quite unpleasant.

Huge windows with amazing views, clean bathrooms and kitchen, duper comfy beds, great location, proximity to bus stops, trams.

The view from my room on the 62nd floor was absolutely breathtaking. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The apartment itself was modern and elegant, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The complimentary mini bar was a nice touch and the hot water never ran out. The staff were friendly and professional, making my stay even more enjoyable. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as difficulty with the intercom system and a misleading address, my overall experience was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

In terms of facilities, the two-sided elevator made it easy to access the higher floors, and the express option was a time-saver. Neg: One aspect that could be improved was the clarity surrounding parking validation.
