We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Palms Boutique Motel. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious with a well-equipped kitchenette. We loved the attention to detail, like the large bath sheets, beach towels, and luxury toiletries. The Balinese influences in the room added a special touch to our experience. The convenience of having a kitchenette was a major plus, allowing us to prepare our own meals. The location near the river was also great for evening walks. we would highly recommend this hidden gem of a motel.

We stayed at a boutique motel that exceeded our expectations. The rooms were stylishly decorated and immaculately cleaned. The location was ideal, with beautiful beaches just a short walk away. The service was attentive, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The bathroom was well-equipped, with high-quality toiletries provided. We also loved the pool area and the inviting lounge with books to read. it was a fantastic experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location in a really quiet area was perfect for us. The hotel provided great amenities like room service laundry, ironing facilities, and heating. The air conditioning kept us cool during our stay. We also enjoyed having tea and coffee facilities and a comfortable sitting area in our room. The garden furniture outside was a nice touch and allowed us to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff, including the lovely receptionist, were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was a great addition and provided a refreshing break from the heat. This venue also had BBQ facilities and sun loungers which were a nice touch. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus and allowed us to stay connected. The on-site car park made it convenient for us to come and go. we highly recommend this hotel to families. It exceeded our expectations and provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Loved the clean and spacious room with its tropical/Bali decor. The toiletries provided were generous and luxurious. The motel's kitchen facilities were well thought out, making great use of space. Location was very convenient with easy access to nearby shops and attractions. Great value for money.

The staff who handed us the keys wasn't very friendly or helpful. We weren't informed about the Wi-Fi and it took us some time to discover that we needed to ask for it.

We had a wonderful stay at Palms Boutique Motel! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with a tropical/Bali style. The kitchenette was well-equipped and cleverly designed, making great use of the space. The staff were extremely thoughtful and provided plentiful cruelty-free toiletries and towels. The location was pleasant and quiet, just a short drive from the main area of Ballina. it was a perfect motel with hotel facilities and great value for money.
