Excellent customer service and amenities

The staff at this motel exceeded my expectations, ensuring a comfortable stay and accommodating my last, minute requests with a smile. the rooms were clean, spacious, and well, equipped, with thoughtful additions like mugs for hot drinks and chilled water in the fridge. I particularly enjoyed the on, site games room and the friendly, helpful attitude of the staff. the noise from trucks and smoking guests outside the room can be disruptive and impact the overall experience.

super clean rooms - close to town spots - got local food tips - laundry onsite, and a well-kept pool with late hours. cool!

Enjoyed my stay at Balranald Motor Inn - clean, spacious room, comfy bed, friendly staff, and fun games room. While some areas need updating, overall a pleasant experience. Looking forward to the new owner and hoping the restaurant reopens. Can't wait to return!

We had a lovely romantic getaway and the accommodation was just what we were looking for! the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep us cool during the night. the hotel was conveniently located near several great restaurants and attractions.

There were a couple of issues that dampened our experience. the bathroom was a bit cramped with no separate wash basin, which made it a bit difficult for us to get ready.

The motel is conveniently located close to the highway and the centre of town, making it easy to explore the area. There are also dining facilities nearby, although the onsite restaurant was closed. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.
