The room at Barkly Motorlodge was cozy and well-equipped, which made me feel at ease. the comfortable bed and free WiFi were a plus, making our stay enjoyable.

The lingering smell of mold in the room was a downside for me.

room at barkly motorlodge was spotless - looked brand new. very central spot makes it easy to explore. loved having a microwave for quick meals. staff was helpful - letting us check in early and fixing heating. cozy bed and fresh linens made for a comfy stay.

Strongly recommend.

An unexpected symphony of sounds greeted me at this property—rumbling traffic, exuberant neighbors, even a leaky bath! the pillow menu, alas, is nonexistent. A quirky detail: We played "Guess That Noise” in bed—one morning; the neighbors provided the soundtrack. the walls, thinner than wafer cookies, hosted a surprising midnight performance. Cheers to that.

The location was convenient, with easy parking. The room was clean and the bed comfy, but outdated and smelly. Thin walls made it noisy. The bathroom had issues, and the neighboring guests were loud. the friendly staff made up for it.

I loved my stay at Barkly Motorlodge in Ballarat with my 6-month-old baby. the ground floor rooms were convenient and well-designed for privacy. the cleanliness was exceptional, and the proximity to the CBD was a plus. the nearby attractions like Lydiard Street and Sovereign Hill were great for family bonding. the relaxation facilities enhanced our enjoyment, and the staff were friendly. the only downside was the noise from other rooms and rusted shower curtain rail.
