The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main street and the beach. Our two-bedroom apartment was comfortable and clean. The shower was surprisingly good. We enjoyed exploring the town and trying out the local restaurants. The snorkeling trip with Calypso was a highlight of our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel. The location, nestled in the palm trees, provided the perfect level of privacy. It was also conveniently within walking distance of the main shopping center. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. They even upgraded my room at no extra cost and allowed me to extend my stay. The room amenities were top-notch, including a balcony with garden furniture and free Wi-Fi. The leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool and sun terrace, were well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and comfort of this hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends for their next vacation.

bay villas resort was even better than our previous stay in port douglas. the pool was warm and close to our room, the rooms were spacious, and the reception staff was friendly. the location was perfect, just a short walk to shopping areas and the beach. we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Bay Villas Resort! The staff were extremely helpful and made us feel welcome. The facilities were great, including a lovely warm pool and plenty of parking available on site. Our spacious two-roomed apartment had everything we needed for a short or long stay, including cooking facilities, a washer and dryer, and a TV. The rooms were exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable. We also loved the location, as it was just a short walk to the main street of Port Douglas. As solo travelers, we felt extremely safe during our stay. Bay Villas Resort provided us with a wonderful home away from home experience.

Friendly staff, 10min walk to main strip, always find car park, quiet room with heated pool. Great size apartment, self-sufficient facilities, well-appointed barbecue area. Short walk to town with amazing restaurants. Stayed in May, had pool mostly to ourselves. Would happily return and recommend. Close to town, balcony overlooking pool, early room access. Banana lounges great, just need more and clearer pool steps. Two pools, clean rooms.

The location of the resort is great, with hibiscus plants lining the road and providing plenty of seating for poolside dinners. The room was decent, with a vinyl kitchen countertop that served its purpose and a separate toilet. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there were two pools available for guests to enjoy. The resort also had a fantastic BBQ area, perfect for cooking up a delicious meal. a reasonably-priced option for those looking for a nice place to stay not far from town.

The WiFi connection was inconsistent, just like in other resorts in the area.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and main shops. the hotel had good laundry services which were very helpful during our Easter trip. the balcony in our room had a great view and was perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring.

We found the cleanliness of the room to be subpar, particularly the washing machine which looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. the customer service left something to be desired.
