My friends and I had a blast with the rooftop spa and indoor pool — total chill vibes! Plus, the triple room was huge, giving us enough space to sprawl out after a day of hitting up the Entertainment District and dazzling music spots.

Even though this hotel was quite busy with a function on, the staff were excellent. They were more than accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the restaurant, bar/lounge area, and breakfast options were better than some chain hotels I've stayed in. the easy access to a tram stop nearby made it a breeze to travel around Melbourne.

The hotel had a great location near the botanical gardens and plenty of shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful, giving us suggestions for places to eat and visit in the area. We also enjoyed the pool, which was clean and well-maintained.
