I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and comfort of my room at Bayview. The bed and pillows were top-notch, providing a great night's sleep. The location was also ideal, with easy access to trams and the city. Although the exterior could use some renovations, the interior was clean and well-maintained. I would recommend this hotel for its value and convenience.

Great central location, close to all the main attractions. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. the view from the window was fantastic and I enjoyed taking my morning cups of tea looking out over the skyline.

The hotel itself was extremely noisy and I could hear everything going on in the corridors. I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel.

During my stay, I found the location of the hotel to be extremely convenient for my needs. It was within walking distance to the Alfred Hospital, which was a major plus for me. Additionally, the hotel was located just a short walk away from tram stops on St Kilda Rd, making it easy for me to explore the city using public transportation. The cleanliness of the room was also impressive, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Friendly reception staff, comfortable rooms, convenient location near the city and Southbank areas, pleasant pool area for good weather. Tea and coffee making facilities and dark curtains for a good night's sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with a quick walk to catch a tram into the city. The staff here were amazing and really made my stay enjoyable. They happily accommodated my request for a nicer room, which had a fantastic view. The room was meticulously cleaned each day by the friendly and efficient cleaning staff. I also appreciated the little touches, like the ironing facilities and the free Wi-Fi in the room. The dining experience was delightful, with a relaxed atmosphere and delicious food. the service and amenities provided here exceeded my expectations.

I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends.

The hotel's location was excellent, as it was close to public transport and only a short distance from the city center. We were able to easily access different parts of the city and explore the nearby attractions. Additionally, the hotel was situated opposite Albert Park golf course, providing a scenic view for golf enthusiasts. There were also trams on St Kilda Road, making it convenient to travel around. Moreover, the hotel was close to Albert Park and a food court, ensuring that we had plenty of dining options nearby.

The front desk took too long for check-in and delayed our plans.

the staff were really kind and made my stay enjoyable. the room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were just what I needed. I particularly loved the couscous steak salad at the restaurant. I had a great experience at Bayview.
