stayed at a lovely place by the beach - great room, clean and sunny. friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and fully stocked mini bar. complimentary Tim Tams, high-quality teas, and even fancy coffees. lots of natural light in the room. rooms always clean, vanity supplies excellent. highly recommend if you’re around, you won’t regret it.

The bistro with seating for up to 120 people felt like a grand banquet hall, perfect for celebrating my birthday with all my friends. the ambiance was lively, the food exquisite, and the service impeccable. It truly made me feel like royalty!

Despite minor inconveniences like entrance signage and small handbasin, my stay at Beach Hotel was delightful. From the upgraded room to the complimentary Tim Tams and fully stocked mini bar, the value for money and friendly staff made my experience exceptional. the room's bright, clean interior and stunning ocean views were the cherry on top.

They were so good, it felt like a culinary adventure every time. Plus, the breakfast basket was a real winner.

Now, the bummer was being told our room wasn't ready when we rocked up. I reckon a heads-up would've been sweet.

One of the best stays ever with a spacious and modern room, fantastic extras like hot chocolate and Tim Tam biscuits, and a generous continental breakfast. the central location in Burnie CBD was ideal, and the staff's friendliness added to the overall amazing experience. Improvements could be made in providing clearer instructions upon check-in and addressing room temperature control issues.

The staff were so helpful and went out of their way to assist us, the room was super clean and cozy with all the necessary amenities, and the complimentary mini bar with fancy coffees and snacks was a great touch. 🌟 Access to the beach and town center made it easy to relax and explore. Plus, the creaky floors in the old building could be a bit distracting at times, but overall, it didn't bother me too much.

I recently stayed at a hidden gem of a hotel located across from the ocean in a quiet cauldesac. The rooms were newly furnished and the amenities were modern and updated. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The comfortable bed with an electric blanket was a lovely touch, and the spacious bathroom had great products, including a dental kit. The bistro served delicious meals, and the complimentary continental breakfast had a great variety of options. a great accommodation experience that exceeded my expectations.

I booked this hotel for a work session and was pleased with the free WiFi, work desk, and convenient USB ports in the room.

I missed having room service for quick meals during my work sessions.

The room had stunning views and the beds were comfortable. the meals were also delicious and filling. Location was perfect as it was close to good restaurants and had easy access to the beach.

The staff was not helpful enough and didn't explain the facilities properly. It was also hard to find the breakfast area and the voucher was not given on time.

We were welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival and the room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a mini-bar, sitting area, and even a terrace and dining table. The bathroom was beautifully designed and came with free toiletries. The hotel also offered a wide range of dining options, including a restaurant, bar/lounge area, outdoor dining area, and even a snack bar. The staff were always pleasant and very accommodating to any request we made. this place truly exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, convenience, and service.
