Our recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! We loved how close it was to the beach, making it super convenient for us to enjoy the sun and sand anytime we wanted. the cleanliness of the park, especially the toilets and showers, was impressive. the staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding a nice touch to our overall experience. the en suite cabin we stayed in was cozy, well-equipped, and had a kitchenette that was perfect for our needs. the outdoor swimming pool was clean and had plenty of sun loungers for relaxing after a swim. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and how we were placed close to our friends' van without even asking.

One thing that could be improved is the musty smell and signs of mold in some cabins. It would be great if the hotel could address this issue to ensure a more pleasant stay for guests.

Enjoyed our stay at Big4 Tasman Holiday Parks - South Mission Beach. Appreciated the beach proximity and clean amenities. Great staff, though a bit of a wait and some dining options could improve. a comfortable and pleasant experience.

The location is perfect, only a few steps away from the beach and some amazing rainforest hikes nearby. the villa was well equipped and spacious enough for a family of four. the air conditioners worked perfectly and made the stay comfortable even during the hottest hours of the day. the pool with waterfall and slide was definitely a highlight for the kids.

The kids park was not as exciting as we expected, and there were limited activities for families to enjoy besides the pool. it would have been convenient to have an extra key for the villa, as only one was provided for us.

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, just across the road from the beach. We enjoyed the convenience of having shops and commercial services nearby. The staff provided excellent service, they were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay including air conditioning, a sitting area, and a terrace with garden furniture. We also appreciated the shared kitchen facilities and the flat-screen TV in our room. The hotel had a beautiful swimming pool and beach access, which we thoroughly enjoyed. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.

Surprisingly eventful one-night stay. My brother slept uncovered due to unmade bed, enduring a chilly night in the room with a struggling aircon. Battling a problematic bathroom door, we contended with moldy sheets and paper-thin pillows. the joys of no hot water in the shower were worsened by a vibrating aircon. On the upside, coffee onsite was a saving grace, and the cabin was strangely spacious. Location and cabin size saved the day for this Belgium-based travel blogger on her escapades.
