I stayed at Beachside Backpackers for 5 days and it completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff and fellow guests. The atmosphere was fantastic, with great music and plenty of activities such as surfing and hostel cookouts. The staff were always there to help and provided invaluable local knowledge. The hostel was clean and well-maintained, with a fully-equipped kitchen and fast and free wifi. I genuinely didn't want to leave, and I highly recommend this hostel to everyone.

My stay at this hostel in Port Macquarie was fantastic! I was there for 2 nights and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hostel has a homely atmosphere with plenty of places to relax, both inside and outside. They also offer daily activities and evening socials, so there is always something to do and people to hang out with. The facilities, including a pool table and dart board, are a great bonus. Special shout out to Will, the driver, who provided a convenient and hassle-free transport service. I wish I could have stayed longer!

The hostel was always clean and well-maintained, and I loved the fact that my private room had a sofa and TV. It was also quiet, but I could still socialize in the common areas if I wanted to. Another great thing was that there were lots of events and activities to join, making my stay enjoyable and fun.

Honestly, I can't think of anything negative about my stay at this hostel. It was truly the best hostel experience I've had in Australia.

The hostel is conveniently located just a couple minutes walk from the beach and town center, with the famous Koala Hospital just a short 15-minute walk away. The staff at the hostel are very friendly and always eager to help. The hostel has a relaxed and friendly vibe, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. One of the rooms even has a TV, perfect for those rainy days when you want to unwind indoors.

One downside is that the hostel can be a bit noisy at night, especially if you prefer to go to bed early. The small size of the hostel means that you might hear people staying up late, drinking, and playing games.

We had a fantastic stay at a small and cosy property in Port Macquarie. The manager, Nic, and the rest of the staff made us feel very welcome, engaging in friendly conversations with us. The breakfast consisted of delicious pancakes that were cooked to perfection. The atmosphere of the hostel was wholesome, with honest and friendly guests. When I lost my bank card, it was promptly handed in at the hostel. The value for money was proper, and we enjoyed the communal culture and friendly atmosphere throughout our stay.
