I always return here for my business trips. Staff found my lost jewellery once. the place fits my every need with Free Wi-Fi, parking, pool, AC, and more. No pets or smoking. It's my go-to with so many comforts! .

stayed here in Buddina and just returned from viewing the northern lights, and the Beachside Resort Kawana Waters blew us away with its location near shops and the beach, ample parking, and clean facilities. everything available onsite was perfect for us, and we had a wonderful experience; will definitely return.

The property was wonderful for a family holiday, with great amenities for kids like the tennis court, pool, and spa. the BBQ area was a hit, and the unit had all we needed. the resident bird added a lovely touch, but more windows with security screens would be reassuring. a great experience enhanced by relaxation facilities like the outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, while nearby landmarks like the HMAS Brisbane and La Balsa Park offered great family bonding opportunities.

The database provided was incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for me to navigate and find the information I needed quickly. the room had a balcony with stunning views, perfect for enjoying my morning coffee and watching the sunset.

The only minor downside was that all the rooms with views were already booked, so I couldn't upgrade to one with a better sight.

Family-Friendly Oasis Close to the Beach

Despite some minor inconveniences like noisy fans and uncomfortable beds, the resort offered a delightful family holiday experience. the facilities such as the pool, spa, tennis court, and BBQ area were great for both kids and adults to enjoy. the location was ideal, with easy access to the beach, cafes, shopping, and supermarket. the lack of fly screens on windows and the dated building could be improved for a more comfortable stay.

the pool was perfect with a wide bench seat for little ones. the apartment is close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. outstanding service and amenities!

The location of the resort is fantastic, with a big shopping centre just a few steps away. It's so convenient to have all the tourist attractions around the area easily accessible. There is also a modern shopping centre in the other direction, making it easy to find everything you need. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, making your stay enjoyable.

The lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms can make it quite hot and uncomfortable during the night.

We had a fantastic stay at a resort in Kawana Waters. The location was perfect, right across from the beach and the surf club. The apartments were spacious and comfortable, with great amenities like a large TV and ample storage. The pool looked inviting and there were also a sauna and tennis court available. The staff were friendly and helpful. we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this resort.

Spent my new year here and it was a blast! the staff were super friendly and the rooms were cozy and tidy. the pool was definitely the highlight of the trip, the water was warmer than I expected and there were plenty of kids having fun. Plus, the beach was only a short walk away!

That the wifi was a little spotty at times, but it wasn't too big of a deal since we were mainly out and about. Another issue was that the AC in the room was a little noisy, which made it hard to sleep at times.
