The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk to the beach and close to the Royal Melbourne golf course. It was also conveniently located near a restaurant we were planning to visit. The room itself was spacious, with a balcony area and a large spa bath. The check-in clerk was very helpful and provided us with useful dining and transportation suggestions. Additionally, the breakfast was made to order and delicious.

The parking is extremely difficult due to limited space.

The hotel is located in a nice area of Bayside Melbourne, with a great atmosphere and good cheer in the dining room. The staff are full of down to earth hospitality and nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a private balcony that has a small couch for relaxation.

All in all, this hotel offers a pleasant stay.
