Loved the location with easy access to dining spots and the room was big enough for everyone with a cool view of the sea. the indoor/outdoor pools were just what we needed to relax every morning- felt like home. Only thing, need to double-check the room booked online matches what you get upon arrival, but nothing major! 🌊.

Bel Air was perfectly located for all the fun and shopping, with breathtaking views. The apartment was spacious, the breakfast at the cafe was delicious, and the owner was a delight.

Loved hanging out on the balconies - such a nice touch! the indoor swimming pool and sauna were spot on for relaxing after a day out. the location was perfect, within walking distance of all the Broadbeach eateries, shops, and the beach. Lots of facilities, like a coffee shop on-site and family-friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommend for a stay in the Gold Coast!

One thing that could be improved was the need for some updates in the apartment. the bed was not the most comfortable and could do with a replacement.

I had a wonderful time staying here in the east tower. This place had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the delicious eateries in the area. The room was equipped with all the amenities I could need, including a kitchen, washing machine, and free Wi-Fi. The staff were amazing at explaining how everything worked and were very helpful, especially the lovely female staff member.

I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a quality place to stay.

During our stay, we loved being just a stone's throw away from the beach and Pacific Fair shopping center. It was so convenient to have them right next to the Broadbeach South tram station. Plus, the Indian restaurant next door was a real treat for our taste buds. The room had all the necessary amenities, and the staff provided excellent service. We also enjoyed the facilities at the hotel, such as the indoor pool and the well-equipped kitchen.

We did encounter a minor inconvenience with the lack of some basic kitchen items.

Our apartment was clean and well-maintained, with breathtaking views from the balcony. The indoor pool was a great bonus for relaxation. Though there were a few minor inconveniences, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
