What a hidden gem!! From the moment I drove through the gates, I was captivated by the charm of this property. The old tram converted into a reception was a delightful touch. The villa was impeccably clean and had everything I needed. Terry, the host/owner, was incredibly hospitable and always available when I needed assistance. My stay was so enjoyable that I can't wait to come back, hopefully with my children next time.

Converted tram at reception. Well-equipped and clean villa. Hospitable host. Good location near Torquay, beaches, and wineries. Open fire, aircon, and electric blankets for warmth. Wandering alpacas and miniature pony. Indoor pool available. Lovely balcony. BBQ for breakfast. Easy to find. Hot shower with excellent water pressure. Spa bath for relaxing soak. Lovely owners who looked after us and our dog.

The property was located in a beautiful rural area, with lots of natural beauty and wildlife around. It was also easy to find, just a short drive from popular tourist spots in the area. The cottage was spacious enough for my needs, and the indoor pool was a nice touch.

The outdated facilities were a letdown, and the lack of modern amenities was frustrating during my business trip. The slow wifi made it difficult to stay connected, and the uncomfortable furnishings didn't exactly make me feel at home.
