The Central Deborah Gold Mine is "just" a 2.8 km walk away, a perfect opportunity to burn off the indulgent pub meals. Bendigo Marketplace is a mere 2.5 km stroll, a great chance to exercise my credit card.

The guesthouse is a clever concept and cute period house, fully renovated, with a number of rooms, a big modern kitchen and laundry. the location was great, with easy access to a number of restaurants, a pub, and a bottle shop nearby. the off-street parking was also helpful. the owner was super friendly and helpful, and the staff were all really lovely. Pin code entry was convenient, and the proximity to the centre of town was a plus.

Road noise was a definite negative, and sound deadening generally from the next-door room was a problem. It was lacking rugs on the floor, additional blankets, and heavier curtains or blinds, which made it far from cosy.

I recently stayed at a guesthouse located conveniently close to the hospital where I had to attend. The room was clean, tidy, and had all the necessary kitchen appliances. The bathroom had a high shower which was a bonus for my tall husband. The location was great, with good hotels and restaurants within walking distance. This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is convenient, being close to the hospital where I had to attend, as well as restaurants and a major intersection. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms are well-equipped with all the usual facilities, including a full kitchen and elegant interior design. Plus, the breakfast options are delicious!

I had a wonderful stay at the Bendigo Guesthouse. The house was located perfectly, within easy walking distance of all the attractions in Bendigo. The house itself was lovely, clean, and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Despite a few hiccups, my overall experience was enjoyable and I would recommend this hotel to others.

The bathroom provisions were excellent. Tea, coffee, and milk were generously provided. Check-in process was incredibly easy. Ideal location for hospital visitors. Fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle in the room. Good hotels within walking distance. Neat and clean apartment.
