The staff at the inn truly went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay, from pre-cooling the room to assisting with any requests promptly. the room itself was clean and cozy, although some minor improvements like having dimmable lamps and better ventilation could enhance the overall experience. Nonetheless, the exceptional customer service stood out as the highlight of the stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to everything in town. We were able to walk to the nearby clubs, like the Dubbo RSL which had a really good bistro. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom had fantastic water pressure. The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable and there was a kitchen area with all the necessary utensils.

The parking spots were a bit tight, but it was only a minor inconvenience.

I loved the location to the theatre as our girls had an Eisteddfod. We were able to walk. the staff were friendly and very welcoming. Also wished the girls luck with their dancing. the motel was very quiet. Cleaned every day. We will be back here again next year. the swimming pool and spa lounge were perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing at the Western Plains Cultural Centre and Riverdale Shopping Centre nearby, making our family bonding time truly special.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the town. It was also very affordable and offered free wifi. The staff were friendly and even allowed us to check in early. The room was comfortable and neat, with a well-laid out bathroom. Despite the thin walls, the hotel offered a quiet stay.

The hotel could improve by addressing some issues. The laundry operating early in the morning disturbed our sleep, and the hot water in the shower was affected by it.

blue diamond motor inn was the most functional hotel i've stayed at with my autistic son. the room was spacious, clean, and quiet. the host was friendly and the air conditioning was convenient and easy to control.
