Despite minor inconveniences like the air con trouble, my stay at Cotswold Gardens was delightful. the peaceful rooms and delicious dining made up for any hiccups. Close to everything in Armidale, and the staff were lovely. A great choice for eco-conscious travelers like me.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right next door to a fantastic bakery and close to the city center. There are also some really nice restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining out. The motel itself has a restaurant where guests can enjoy a delicious dinner. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with hot water and good showers. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Breakfast is also good and plentiful.

The bathroom can be a bit cold due to a permanently open window.

The cooked breakfast at Cotswold Gardens was excellent, especially the perfectly poached eggs. The furniture in our King room was very nice and created a pleasant atmosphere. we had a pleasant stay.

The spa bath was a highlight of our stay, helping us relax after a long drive. The room was comfy, but the shower water was difficult to regulate. the owner, Debbie, made our stay special. The restaurant had a charming atmosphere, and the location was ideal for exploring Armidale. A bit of noise from the aircon and plumbing, but overall a great little hotel with all the essentials provided.
