During a recent business trip to Geelong, Best Western provided a relaxing and wonderful stay, chosen by our director. the location was perfect for our needs, with accommodating staff helping us secure parking for our work vehicle and trailer. Despite being close to a major highway, noise was not an issue, and the pool was a nice addition.

stayed at Best Western, met a welcoming gentleman at reception, he showed us the room, even got complimentary late check-out, highly recommended, will stay again.

Traveling from Tasmania, I booked a room for a night at this hotel due to a late ferry. the staff were exceptional, very caring, and went out of their way to assist us. the apartment was spacious and well-equipped. the heated pool was a great bonus. Convenient location near amenities and a lovely CBD stroll. An all-around clean and comfortable stay with friendly service.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

clean rooms - cozy and warm. close to the bay road with easy access. helpful staff accommodating requests instantly - such as opening the swimming pool for late-night fun.

Convenient location and excellent noise isolation

The convenience of the location in relation to the city and the peace and quiet provided by the excellent noise isolation were the standout features of this stay. the lack of an on-site dining area and some cleanliness issues, such as dirty curtains and insufficient toiletry provisions, could be improved.

The room we stayed in at Best Western was incredibly spacious and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find a two-bedroom apartment with a large lounge/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. It was the perfect place for my husband and me to relax after a long day of exploring. The bed was also incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location of the hotel was excellent, with cafes and the waterfront within walking distance. The staff was welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its spacious rooms, comfortable amenities, and convenient location.

The 2-bedroom apartment we stayed in was excellent - loved having a full kitchen to cook meals and a spacious lounge/dining area for everyone to relax. the late check-in was hassle-free, and the upgrade to a bigger room was a pleasant surprise. the only downside was the slightly uncomfortable bed, but overall, it was a fab stay and the staff were super friendly and helpful. 🌟

Had a great experience during my stay over thanksgiving. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room and service provided. the room was clean, spacious and well-equipped with all the essentials I required. the indoor pool was a perfect way to unwind. What I loved most was the key location, it was easy to get around and the staff were always willing to help with directions and recommendations.

The only let down was the one side of the bed was slightly uncomfortable. the traffic noise was a bit bothersome at times, but overall it was better than expected considering the location.

The 2-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, and had a huge kitchen with a dishwasher and a big fridge. The courtyard provided a pleasant view of the garden and grass. The beds were comfortable, and having a guest laundry was a bonus.
