I stayed at a hotel on my way back to Brisbane from Tasmania, located conveniently between Melbourne and Sydney. The room was spacious and modern, with all the amenities I needed. The bathroom was clean and stocked with high-quality toiletries. The service was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. I also enjoyed the view from my room, which overlooked the main road. the hotel had a pool and a restaurant, which provided a great budget option for meals. it was a great experience.

The proximity of the toilet door to the toilet itself, which could be a bit tight for people with long legs. However, this was a minor issue and did not affect my overall stay.

The dining experience at Best Western Goulburn was a delicious delight, with fresh fish dishes that could rival any coastal catch. The room was spacious and well, equipped, and the staff were as warm and welcoming as a sun, kissed day at the Big Merino. Cons: While the dining was a highlight, the room setup left a bit to be desired, with a third bed to be made by guests and a split, level bathroom arrangement. Despite this hiccup, the overall stay shone bright like Goulburn's starry skies.

Upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit due to broken spa bath. Great facilities and helpful staff. No noise heard from nearby restaurant or road. Super bathroom, happy hour with nice canapés. Friendly and helpful staff ensured a pleasant stay. Clean, spacious, and easy parking. Ideal for large families with cooking facilities and separate beds. Fantastic restaurant with good value. Recommend for a nice getaway.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who are moderately fit and want to visit the war memorial, as it is in a quiet area but still a short drive to the Centre of Town. The room was excellent, with beautiful refurbishment and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with fantastic shower pressure. The service provided by the staff was friendly and informative. Don't miss out on the delicious breakfast burger from the restaurant. The hotel is also conveniently close to the central business district if needed.

We had an amazing time here! This place is conveniently located close enough to the center, so it suited our needs perfectly. The room was spotless and comfortable. The staff members were friendly and always available to assist us, even during our night check-in. The facilities were fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and spa centre. We were also delighted to have access to Wi-Fi, and appreciated the nice touch of getting a free welcome drink.

LOVED the fresh and beautifully prepared breakfast buffet with eggs cooked to order. I'd go back for that alone! Would return but rooms look better online. Staff were amazing though!

The lounge chairs downstairs were uncomfortable and there were studs on the armrests that made it difficult to use them. We found the downstairs rooms to be dark due to small windows.

The check-in process was quick and efficient. The staff member promptly processed my payment and provided me with the key to my room. Despite the hotel's policy of taking a security deposit, the overall experience was hassle-free. I appreciated the convenience of being able to settle in and unwind after a long day of travel.
