It is disappointing that the pool area lacks shade and comfort, making it less appealing for guests to use.

The ground floor sea view room we stayed in was amazing! The staff, especially Tory at breakfast and Lacie at reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The included breakfast had a great variety of options. The hotel also had free laundry facilities, which was a bonus. Despite a few minor issues, our stay was enjoyable and we would recommend this hotel to others. a good experience.

Two complementary facts were offered which was a nice touch. The location was convenient for business purposes. Another advantage was getting a good night's sleep due to the quietness of the area.

The hotel needs a major upgrade. Stained carpets and a leaky tap in the bathroom are unacceptable.

The hotel is in a fantastic location right on the sea front and in the centre of town. The rooms are well equipped with standard amenities and some have views over the water. The breakfast is included in the rate and is served on a BBQ, making it a great value for money.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Esperance for one night and it was absolutely fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the onsite restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. The room was spacious, clean, and well-presented, and I appreciated the secure parking. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and beautiful beaches. I highly recommend taking the Ocean loop for stunning views. This hotel is definitely on my list for a return visit.

The location is perfect, right on the foreshore, allowing easy access to all the local attractions and within walking distance to the town center. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a large bed and a TV with Foxtel. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there is a free-to-use laundry facility available. The continental breakfast included in the price is delicious. The fish and chip shop nearby offers a wide variety of locally caught fish.
