The attention to detail is impressive - from the recently renovated rooms with all amenities provided, to the delicious breakfast that included individually cooked hot meals. The staff here truly go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels valued and well taken care of.

The staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. They apologized for a noisy room and immediately found us a quieter one. The rooms were clean and well-designed, with a great shower. The hotel's restaurant catered well for vegans and gluten intolerant, so we had delicious meals. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach and tourist information center. we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed at a friendly and comfortable motel, the Olde Maritime Motor Inn, during my Great Ocean Road trip. The location was excellent, close to Flagstaff Hill, beaches, and cafes. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a separate bath and shower in the bathroom. The staff were accommodating and provided missing items when requested, such as a toaster, small plates, and a toilet brush. The motel's own Clovelly Restaurant offered delicious food at reasonable prices, and the service from reception to dining was exceptional. Highly recommended for a memorable stay.

It is also close to the Flagstaff Hill attraction, providing guests with a variety of activities to explore. Additionally, the in-house guests are given a 15 to 20% discount on dining options, making it a great value for money. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

There were some repairs needed in the dated apartment, such as missing temperature signs on the taps and areas in need of fresh painting. This could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Warrnambool. The staff at Best Western were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. Despite being in a room near the bar/restaurant, we couldn't hear a thing from the function that went on till the early hours. The room itself was excellent, with a good size and a separate bath in the spacious bathroom. The staff were also very helpful, answering all our questions.

The beds were quite comfortable, and the room was spacious enough. We appreciated the free parking and the location was convenient for exploring the town. The staff at reception were also very friendly.

The sheets and towels didn't seem to be washed properly, and we found some stains on them. The bathroom was also not very clean, and we had to ask for it to be properly cleaned.

I had a fantastic stay at the Best Western in a spacious room with a beautiful bay window overlooking parkland. The location was great, being close to the town, tourist attractions, and the beach. The staff were exceptional, always willing to help with a smile on their faces. Courtney from reception was particularly accommodating and helpful. The room was pristine and the bathroom facilities were excellent. it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely choose to stay here again if I visit Warrnambool.
