Clean and spacious room, and a good location within walking distance to popular attractions. the bed was comfortable and the room had all the necessary amenities. the hotel provided 24-hour concierge service and a luggage room, which was convenient for our last day in the city.

The exterior of the hotel was unattractive and the lobby was disappointing. the elevator was extremely slow and made everyone feel uncomfortable with its shivering and dropping sensation.

During our Christmas stay, we really loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was just around the corner from the train station and within walking distance to popular tourist spots like the Opera House. Additionally, the comfortable beds made our stay enjoyable and the kitchenette came in handy for preparing meals.

On the downside, we were disappointed with the noise from the street at night, which made it difficult to sleep. the curtains also didn't fully block out the lights from nearby buildings.

We had a fantastic 5-night stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, contemporary, and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was huge with a large shower, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel's location was excellent, right next to a subway stop and just a short walk to the city center amenities. It was also conveniently located right on Hyde Park, next to the Museum airport train link stop, and close to most attractions. The staff at the reception, especially Michael, were incredibly helpful and even gave us a room upgrade. We highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, facilities, transportation, and great location.

Best Western Plus Hotel Stellar was the perfect base for our Sydney adventure. The staff went above and beyond, with one member even hailing a taxi in a stylish manner. The luxurious bed and incredible shower made us feel like James Bond. The hotel's smaller size and charming old building, with modern renovations, added to the pleasant atmosphere. The location was excellent, central yet not too touristy, with great cafes nearby. The 24/7 reception and extra security measures made us feel safe and secure. The complimentary wifi and guest laundry were added bonuses.
