Unbelievably comfy room, attentive staff, FANTASTIC restaurant, spotless cleanliness, and spacious, vibrant decor.

Lovely balcony and view over water. My room felt like a slice of paradise, with a view that could rival the best postcards. As the soft glow of chandelier lighting embraced the room, I couldn't help but feel like a character in a fancy novel, living out my own glamorous adventure. It was truly a moment of luxury and tranquility.

My recent stay at this hotel was surprisingly pleasant. the staff were excellent when dealing with them, and the room service was top-notch. the restaurant offered a delicious breakfast that my wife and I were extremely impressed with. the bar/lounge area was cozy and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the city.

the noise from the traffic outside was a bit bothersome at night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with a great cafe nearby serving delicious coffee. It is also situated opposite a scenic lake, offering a pleasant view. The hotel is close to the center of town as well as major supermarkets, making it convenient for shopping. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and professional, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests.

The soundproofing in the rooms could be improved, as noise from adjacent rooms can be disruptive.

The hotel had spacious and comfortable rooms, making our stay very enjoyable. We also loved the fact that the hotel was located in the heart of the town, making it easy for us to explore the area. the staff was very friendly and always willing to help with our needs.

The hotel lacked proper maintenance and cleanliness as we noticed some dirt and wear and tear in certain areas. the restaurant was not open during our stay and we were left without many dining options.

Loved the fact that there was an electric blanket on the bed, making my sleep warm and cozy. Room service for breakfast was great, ensuring a hassle-free start to the day. The receptionist went out of her way to seat me in the restaurant and accommodate my needs.

Although the bathroom in my room was clean, there was an unpleasant smell. It would be beneficial to have an air freshener or toilet air freshener to address this issue.

We had an absolutely amazing stay here. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We felt like we were sleeping on a cloud! The stunning lake view from the stylish restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious continental breakfast was the perfect start to our day. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
