The spacious and newly renovated room with a kitchenette and dining table, friendly and welcoming staff, enjoyable meals in the licensed dining room, convenient yet quiet location, spotlessly clean accommodation, comfortable bed.

During my stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenience of the location, as it was very close to the hospital where I was based for work. The room was exceptionally clean and provided a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. Additionally, the nearby shops and sport venues were easily accessible, making it an ideal choice for both work and leisure travelers.

I did encounter an issue with the bathroom, as the shower was not properly sectioned off from the rest of the area, causing water to flood onto the floor and around the toilet. This made the bathroom experience less than ideal.

Clean and comfortable room with a lovely renovated bathroom. The shower door could be improved, but it didn't spoil our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I accidentally flooded the floor. Good location with easy access to town and nearby hospitals. I would recommend this motel for a pleasant stay in Bundaberg.

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff offered restaurant for unplanned meeting, provided tea and coffee. No noise when door closed. Immaculately clean property with well-appointed room. Beds were comfy, TV had casting app. Pool was lovely. Good for short stay, comfy beds, great air conditioning.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location was ideal, with the zoo, shopping centre, and plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The hotel's services were top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry available. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a sitting area with a dining table. We also enjoyed relaxing in the garden area and taking a dip in the outdoor swimming pool. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. we highly recommend this place to our family and friends for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The complementary snacks and drinks were a nice touch. the location was convenient and offered easy access to several local attractions. Another plus was the comfortable bed which ensured a good night's sleep.

Some noise from outside could be heard during the night, which may disturb light sleepers. the bathroom was small, but functional.
