I recently stayed at Best Western and had a fantastic experience. The bed was heavenly and the room was impeccably clean. I loved being near the staircase as I prefer stairs over lifts. The location was excellent, with easy access to a variety of eateries. The staff were friendly and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. The air conditioning in the room was fantastic and the minimal noise allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, parking was conveniently close and affordable.

The location is absolutely perfect, as it is close to all the attractions and amenities in the area. The staff at this hotel are exceptional, and I was particularly impressed with how they treated me during my stay. The manager even allowed me to have a late check out, which was greatly appreciated. The service here is top-notch, and the room amenities provided such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities, catered to all my needs and provided enhanced comfort. The hotel also offers a range of facilities including an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, sun loungers, and garden area, allowing guests to relax and unwind. my experience at this hotel was excellent, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Absolutely nothing.

The best part of my Xmas vacation was the great location of the hotel, which allowed me to explore the city and try out different restaurants that were walking distance away. Apart from that, the hotel offered two complementary services that I really enjoyed- free parking and a delicious breakfast buffet. the breakfast had a variety of options, and I could choose from a selection of pastries, fresh fruits, and cooked dishes. the room was also well-maintained and had everything I needed, making my stay comfortable and memorable.

The worst aspect of my stay was that the water pressure in the shower was inconsistent. Some rooms had great water pressure while others lacked it completely, which was a real inconvenience.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for our needs, as it was right in the heart of downtown Carlton. We were able to step outside and instantly find ourselves in the lively streets, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and coffee shops. Plus, the hotel was conveniently close to IMAX, which was a great bonus.
