Was thrilled with the views from one of the bedrooms. Great size and a perfect spot in paradise for our little family. Shame about the cleanliness issues - dodging cockroaches wasn't part of the plan! the nearby cafes and water adventures were a hit though. Even managed to do a little surfing. Bit of a bummer about the internet and lack of cleaning supplies. But hey, the indoor pool saved the day for the kids. Cheers to a memorable trip! Cheers, Jack, the Aussie eco-warrior.

The apartment had everything we needed; comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely balcony with stunning views. the outdoor pool was perfect for chilling out, and the beach access was a bonus. the only downside was the mismatched kitchenware and worn-out living room lamp, but nothing major at all - just a small hiccup in an otherwise amazing stay! great value for money and a wonderful place to unwind and relax!

The location was ideal, being very close to the beach and the Tram station. the room was spotless, and the facilities were top-notch, including the outdoor and heated pools, gym, and free basement parking.

Spacious apartment, big balconies, heated pool – a perfect base for a Gold Coast holiday. Just a short walk to vibrant cafes and shops, offering a variety of activities. the hotel has both indoor and outdoor pools to enjoy. I especially like the luxe interiors with marble and granite touches.

Oh, what a joy it was to try opening sandy balcony doors and using stained kitchen items.

This hotel is located just a short stroll away from the beautiful beach, offering stunning views of the surroundings. the spacious apartment was clean and had a large balcony that was perfect for relaxing. the pool and spa were fantastic, providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

One improvement could be providing more towels , as we found there were not enough for everyone in our party. the maintenance of the apartment could have been better, as we experienced issues such as a broken window latch that caused some discomfort during windy nights.

the staff were friendly and understanding, even when we had a little mishap with the dryer. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants. the apartment was spacious, with great views and amenities like a spa and pools. overall, a fantastic experience and we are definitely planning to return.

Convenient location near the beach, cafes, and vibrant Surfers or relaxed Broad Beach. Large outdoor pool with shade and plenty of deck chairs.

The location of the hotel is brilliant, with shops and a bowls club only a short walk away. The apartments are spacious and can easily accommodate large groups, and the balconies offer incredible views. The gym, library, pool, and spa inside the hotel are also impressive facilities.

The room was outdated and filthy, with visible mould in the bathrooms and broken furniture. The curtains had holes in them.

Had an amazing Xmas experience at this apartment! Loved the spacious and well-furnished rooms that were perfect for our big family. the best part was the location - right in the heart of a bustling city, and only a few steps away from high-end shopping and amazing food options. the stunning sea view from our balcony was an added advantage and made our trip all the more memorable. Plus, the indoor and outdoor pools were a great hit with the kids!

We noticed that certain areas were quite dusty and there were some stains on the walls. It was a bit inconvenient to clean up after the previous renters before settling in.

The hotel had an array of amenities, including a beautiful outdoor pool with a BBQ area, an indoor pool and spa, a sauna, a gym, and even a little library. The facilities were well-maintained and perfect for families. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the sweet lady at the reception who went out of her way to ensure we had a room that suited our preferences.
