We had a fantastic time during our romantic escape at this park. the clean rooms and well-maintained outdoors were a highlight. the split system heating in the tent was a pleasant surprise, ensuring a cozy stay during the cold July nights. the staff proactively ensured our comfort, even providing heated blankets.

Some noise disturbances occurred, such as loud guests early in the morning and staff rudely addressing noise levels in the games hub. Better noise management and guest behavior enforcement would enhance the overall experience.

The property was clean, well-equipped, and family-friendly with a nice swimming pool. the staff was friendly, and the location near the Botanic Garden and great coffee was convenient. the glamping tent was newly renovated and cozy even in winter. the amenities like the pool, pump track, and bounce pillow were fantastic for families. Unfortunately, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and a staff member could have handled a noise complaint better. the hotel's location near Harcourt Park, Big Bendi Water Slide, and other landmarks offered great opportunities for family bonding and exploration.

During my recent business trip to Bendigo, my director chose Big4 Tasman Holiday Parks , Bendigo for our accommodation, and I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful experience. the amenities provided at the park were amazing, especially for young families like myself. the pool, pump track, bounce pillow, and indoor playground kept the kids entertained, while the spacious and clean cabin provided a perfect place to relax after a day of work. the fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds added to the overall comfort of the stay. the convenience of being close to the town center and a nearby supermarket made our stay even more enjoyable. the organized and kind staff ensured a smooth and stress, free experience throughout our time at the park. One minor issue that arose during our stay was the disturbance caused by a fellow guest who was loud and disruptive in the early hours of the morning. Unfortunately, this behavior affected the peace and comfort of other guests, including myself, and was a slight inconvenience.

Absolutely loved the newly renovated glamping tent with a cozy heater inside, the fun kids play area, and the surprise pancake breakfast! the jacuzzi spa and giant jumping pillow were perfect for relaxation and family fun. A bit noisy one morning when another glamper was loud early, but didn't spoil the overall awesome experience. 🌟
