Upon arrival at the Big4 Tourist Park, the first thing that caught my attention was how friendly and welcoming the check-in staff were. They made me feel right at home and were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Additionally, the location of the park was ideal for me as it was close to my friends and family in the area. It was also easy to find and get to, making my stay convenient from the start.

There were a few minor downsides to my stay at Big4 Dandenong Tourist Park. I noticed there were quite a number of spider webs and dust on the balcony upon my arrival.

Loved how easy it was to get to everything from our villa. We were just a short walk away from family and friends, which was super convenient. The air-conditioning was perfect and kept us cool all day long. Plus, the bed was super comfortable which made for some great nights of sleep.

There wasn't much for the kids to do. We expected a bit more from a place that markets itself as family friendly. The play room and play area were just okay and there wasn't a lot to keep our little ones occupied. Also, there were a lot of spider webs and dust on the balcony and around the villa. It wasn't a major issue, but it could have been cleaner.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location was perfect for us, as it was very close to our family and friends. We found it easy to get to and the surrounding area was peaceful. The room was small, but it was ideal for the two nights we were here. The air-conditioning worked really well, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout our stay. The bed was also very comfortable, allowing us to get a great night's sleep. In addition, the staff at this place were incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived late, but they had left lights on and turned the heaters on in our cabin, which was a lovely touch.

We would highly recommend this place to our family and friends.
