Great family-friendly park with fun activities for all ages. Spacious cabins and clean pools. Water slide was a hit with kids. Only improvement needed is an aircon in main bedroom. Returned late one night to noisy guests. a good stay at Big4 Tweed Billabong Holiday Park.

We recently stayed at a holiday park located near the Gold Coast airport. We loved the convenience of being close to all the theme parks and attractions. the kids had a blast at the water park and jumping pillow. the cabin was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the picturesque lagoon area.

The noise from the planes and cars passing by was a bit of a nuisance, but we eventually got used to it. We also would have preferred fresh towels daily and restocking of the coffee and tea station.

We had such a fantastic time at this place! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, providing exceptional customer service and offering little extra touches such as complimentary toiletries and free coffee machines. The shared kitchen and BBQ area had a great atmosphere, and we loved the fact that they had cleaning equipment and taps nearby. The location was also perfect, with plenty of activities for both kids and adults. The kids had a blast at the water park and made new friends, while the adults enjoyed the soccer field, basketball court, and bocce court. There was never a dull moment, and we didn't even need to leave the hotel to have a great time. We highly recommend this place!
