Exceptional Customer Service and Prime Location

The manager at the motel went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute request for a larger room, making our stay truly enjoyable. the proximity to nearby shops was incredibly convenient for us. the lack of a phone to use when needed could be improved.

The location is convenient - close to the airport, shops, and restaurants. It's right by the beach, offering easy access to the water. room quality is inconsistent; some have outdated furniture and cleanliness issues. the beachfront views aren't guaranteed as advertised.

Service can be lacking, with unresponsive staff to guest complaints.

What a gem of a place! the location is unbeatable - right by the beach with stunning views from the patio. the staff here are top-notch, super friendly, and welcoming. Just a minor bummer that the beachside Bali hut and cafe chairs are only for specific units, wish it was more inclusive. 🏖️ overall, a fantastic spot for a quick weekend getaway with the shoreline just steps away!

Had an epic time with mates at the hotel triplets' pool party and then hit the vibrant entertainment strip nearby for some insane live music gigs! Beach was lit for surf sesh too!

Wish they had a sick rooftop DJ playing bangers by the pool - more vibes, please!

We were pleasantly surprised by the stunning beachfront view from our cozy room. Despite some minor inconveniences, the breathtaking scenery made our stay truly memorable. I'd recommend this hotel.

De ligging was perfect, op loopafstand van het strand en dichtbij leuke bars en restaurants. Het hotel was erg schoon en de faciliteiten waren prima in orde. We hadden geen problemen met parkeren en het vervoer in en rondom deze stad was goed geregeld. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

the location right on the beach at the southern end of the Gold Coast was picturesque. the clean room had all the basic amenities, and I appreciated the recently renovated ground level room. the staff at check-in were friendly and accommodating. Noise from the nearby airport was minimal, and the easy beach access from the back of the motel was convenient.

Close to airport and beach. TV issue. Chair used as table. Bought ice cube trays. Friendly staff, renovated room. Spotless, ample towels. Minimal plane noise. Nice beach view and shade areas. Easy check-in. Belgian, single travel blogger—no microwave, happy to improvise.

The location was mind-blowing, with a jaw-dropping walk directly into the beach. Opening windows in the room was super refreshing, and the comfortable beds made my stay even better. The staff were incredibly helpful and had the air con on, which was a nice surprise. The outside gazebo was fantastic, providing a great spot to relax with stunning beach views. Plus, the price was affordable, allowing me to enjoy a night near the beach and airport.

As young people, we loved the easy access to the beach right from the motel. No roads to cross, just straight onto the sand.

Had a wonderful stay at a beachfront location. the room was clean and tidy, providing a restful and relaxing experience. the beach was beautiful and had a lifeguard. There were plenty of nearby cafes, restaurants, and surf clubs to explore. the area felt safe and offered holistic options like reflexology and pilates. a perfect spot for swimming, walking, biking, and hiking. Would definitely come back for a one-night stay.

I loved the location of my room, just steps away from the beach. The sound of the surf as I fell asleep was amazing. The staff were pleasant and helpful, always available to answer my questions. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a reasonable price.
