Our room at Billabong Lodge Motel was cozy with comfy beds, great aircon, and free WiFi. It felt like a home away from home!

I wish there was more entertainment for kids at the motel.

Traveling with friends for a month, we found the lodge exceptionally clean with comfortable beds and a secure feel. the owner, Jess, was incredibly accommodating and made us feel at home. Convenient location with easy access to transportation and ample parking. A well-equipped kitchenette and spacious fridge added comfort to our stay. a truly delightful and homely experience.

The staff at this hotel were super friendly and made my stay really enjoyable. the rooms were always kept clean and tidy, with crisp sheets on the comfy beds. I was impressed by the attention to detail in housekeeping, as even small items like ear buds were found and returned to me promptly. the location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a short distance to various local attractions.

One improvement could be adding some shade near the pool area. It would be nice to have a spot to relax without direct sunlight, especially during hot days.

We had a fantastic stay at this motel. The location was perfect, being handy to the supermarket and the event we were in town for. It was also close to public transport and food shops, making it super convenient for us. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a well-stocked kitchenette. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring our stay was pleasant. We also appreciated the clean and tidy bathroom, as well as the good pressure in the shower. it was a great experience.

There was some inconvenience with the power points in the room, with no outlets behind the beds. We had to ask for an extension cord for an apnea machine, which created a bit of a trip hazard for three people in the room.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money is exceptional as the prices are very reasonable considering the high standard of the rooms. The attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel, from the freshly painted and clean rooms to the comfortable beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location in a good area, close to two bustling shopping districts and a wide selection of takeaway restaurants, is simply perfect.

Our stay at the motel exceeded our expectations. The room was newly renovated and really comfortable. We loved the kitchenette with all the necessary facilities for a couple. The motel was also very clean and modern. The location was perfect, just a short drive from great takeaway spots. we would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Nothing could have been better.

Clean, new king bed. Cool air conditioning. Kitchenette with good facilities. Bathroom refurbished. Very good for an older motel.

The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. They provided us with a kitchenette which was well stocked and allowed us to cook our own meals. the staff was generally friendly and concerned about our comfort.

There was no dedicated car park, making it difficult to find a space close to our room. there was an overpowering smell of cigarettes in the room that did not go away even after using a room deodorant.
