Add a cool hangout spot for us night owls to vibe and kick it with the crew! .

I like hotels with character. At this motel, the mamelon outside gave me serious Jurassic Park vibes. Saw a lineup of great artists, including a one-man-band powerhouse. the bar was a highlight—I’m a gin cocktail enthusiast. Went nuts over the breakfast spread. Unfortunately, the bathroom fan was a flop. Still, clean rooms and a comfy bed made it a solid stay. I'd come back for the eco-friendly approach and the chilled vibes.

Secondly, the staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. Finally, the location, nestled in the forest just off the Calder Hwy, provided a serene and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for a getaway.

Simple facilities, everything you need. Good TV reception. Some rooms have weak wifi, but they can move you. Comfy queen bed with extra pillows. Hard single bed. Coffee not great, bring your own tea. Pleasant stay, close to wineries. Friendly office staff, thanks to John. Friendly and funny cleaning. Peaceful with beautiful gardens. Sad to leave.

The motel could benefit from some updates, particularly with regards to the carpeting.

We had a lovely romantic escape in this cozy motel. the room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a microwave and a clean and well-stocked bathroom. the motel is conveniently located close to a train station and a small town with great food and music. We enjoyed sitting outside in the bbq area, which was a real plus. But the best aspect of our stay was the exceptional service.

The room was a bit dated, but still very comfortable. We also found the price to be a bit on the higher side, but it was worth it for the location and service.
