We had the best time staying here! The staff and managers were so friendly and helpful, giving us great advice for our reef tours. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. We loved the balcony with its amazing views of the lagoon and pool area. The swimming pools were fantastic, and we enjoyed relaxing and soaking up the sun. We would definitely stay here again!

Friendly staff, well-maintained grounds. Comfortable, clean room in need of a refresh. Good water pressure and temperature. Obstructed view of pool and lagoon provided privacy. Beautiful area with close shopping centers. Cairns a short drive away.

Easter at this resort was awesome! We loved the fact that we were given complimentary chocolates and hot cross buns when we arrived. the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach. We also enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service to the nearby shopping center. the pool was fantastic, and it offered a stunning view of the lake.

The bed was uncomfortable, and my husband struggled with the stairs as we were put up on the highest floor. It would have been nice to be given a room on one of the lower floors because we had booked well in advance.

The resort staff were extremely helpful in organizing tours and providing discount vouchers for local attractions. The private and beautiful surroundings added to the overall charm of the resort. Close proximity to cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket made it convenient for dining options. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with a long walk to the nearest supermarket and being close to bars and restaurants. It is also located right next to the Lagoon, offering a beautiful view. The pool loungers, though at a good height, are uncomfortable.
