Fantastic Customer Service and Family-Friendly Environment

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all necessary facilities. I especially appreciated the adjoining rooms, which made it convenient for our family with young kids. the only downside was a slight maintenance issue with the shower head and TV remote, but the staff promptly rectified these problems without any hassle.

Customer service was exceptional - the receptionist, Kim, greeted me with a smile brighter than a summer day. She was like a wizard, swiftly resolving any issues I had with grace and charm. the room itself felt more spacious than a royal palace, with a touch of luxury that made me feel like a movie star.

WiFi access was confusing.

Absolutely loved the vibe there, the staff was awesome, and the room was spot on with everything you need – like a mini home away from home with a cool host who baked us banana bread! We were all about that pool life, and chilling by the BBQ was just what we needed to unwind 🏊‍♂️. Only hiccup was a slight delay in getting the power points sorted, but it didn't spoil the fun at all.

The kids loved the pool and playground; my wife adored the cozy rooms, and I enjoyed the convenient location. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating—truly a memorable family vacation.

My wife says that having a kids' menu at the restaurant would have been helpful for families with children.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of the rooms at this place. The beds were super comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The location is fantastic, just minutes away from beautiful beaches and the Marina. The service here is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who couldn't do enough for us. The amenities, including the outdoor swimming pool and BBQ facilities, were a great addition to our stay. The hotel also offers pet amenities, which is a bonus for those who travel with their furry friends.

We had a wonderful stay at a comfortable motel with exceptional service. The owner, Kim, went above and beyond by giving us a tour of the town and beaches. The rooms were spotless, the evening meals were delicious, and the staff were always pleasant. We felt right at home.

The location of the hotel was great, just a few blocks away from the beautiful front beach. It was also nice to be away from the traffic noise but still within walking distance to pubs and eateries. The room was spacious and the bathroom was well-maintained. The service was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast had a good selection and was reasonably priced. it was a pleasant stay.

That the parking garage was not suitable for large cars like 4WDs.

The room was nice and clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wine and beer upon arrival. the location was also great, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. the pool was refreshing and clean, perfect for a romantic escape.

The staff were not very helpful or accommodating. When we asked for recommendations for nearby activities, they seemed disinterested and unhelpful.

Spacious rooms with comfy beds. Well-maintained gardens and appealing presentation. Convenient amenities like a toaster, kettle, fridge, and microwave. Friendly staff at reception. Pool and restaurant looked promising. Will return and recommend!
