Our accommodation was mind-blowing, with a super comfy king bed, spacious rooms, and an awesome pool view. the kitchen amenities were jaw-dropping, and we LOVED the cool air conditioning upon arrival. the dvd's for the kids were a nice touch, and the ground floor access to the pool made relaxation a breeze. the spa bath was a highlight, and the separate room for the kids was a game-changer.

Chose this hotel for a roundtable discussion. Facilities included a lobby, lift, conference facilities, and parking. All well-maintained, creating a friendly vibe. A relaxing stay with a mix of guests.

Amazing Pool Area and Relaxing Vibe

The apartment had everything we needed, with a lovely verandah overlooking the pool area and the river. the lack of proper air conditioning in the living space made for warm and uncomfortable evenings.

Recently stayed at the charming waterfront hotel in a leisure trip for the weekend. We were delighted with the spacious, clean room featuring a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and river. the establishment offers top-notch service, including the knowledgeable and attentive staff, convenient facilities like a pool and secure parking, and a serene location close to cafes and restaurants. a fantastic stay.

We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, situated right on the river front with beautiful views. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel offers excellent room amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. The staff here are exceptional, providing top-notch service and taking great care of everything. The service has definitely improved since our last visit.

The location of the resort is excellent, with close proximity to shops, restaurants, and a patrolled beach at Hawkes Nest. The rooms are comfortable and self-contained, providing a relaxing atmosphere for a getaway. The resort also offers a nice pool area, barbecue facilities, and lovely gardens. One guest mentioned enjoying the view of the river from their balcony.

Some guests mentioned issues with smokers, with smoke drifting into their units and preventing them from using the balconies.

Furthermore, the resort's location was ideal, with restaurants and a club within walking distance, and convenient access to seafood and shops nearby. The friendly and polite staff added to the overall positive experience.

Although our stay was wonderful, my only disappointment was being on the ground floor with a limited view, compared to the expansive waterway views mentioned on Boathouse Resort's website. Additionally, the furniture in our room was worn and could benefit from an update.

Great location near the lake and the pool was lovely. We enjoyed the friendly staff and the nice bath in the ensuite bedroom. the open, spacious feel of the place was wonderful, and we loved the balcony overlooking the water. It was nice to have a servery from the kitchen out to the balcony.

The apartment could use some painting and the bed in the main bedroom needs replacing. It was uncomfortably noisy at times, as you could hear every step on the level above.

We had an amazing time at a wonderful resort. the rooms were very comfortable and the living areas were spacious. the resort grounds were well maintained and the pool area, especially the beach area, was very appealing. We found that the best time to enjoy the pool was around lunchtime when most families returned to their apartments. the resort also had good parking and easy access to the apartments. It was conveniently located within walking distance of shops, cafes, and the ferry. the staff at Boathouse Resort were polite and pleasant. we had a great experience and would definitely come back.
