The spacious room with a lovely view of the pool, well-kept gardens, and the comforting heater made my family and I feel at home. the friendly staff's quick response to the plumbing issue showcased excellent customer service. the relaxing swimming pool and outdoor amenities, along with nearby attractions like Bright Art Gallery and Cherry Walk Nature Trail, added to our family bonding experience.

The room was super spacious, clean, and had a cool layout with a dividing wall between beds. Staff was top-notch, helped us with dinner spots, and fixed a plumbing issue pronto. Loved the sweet pool area and gardens, perfect spot to chill. 🌴 Didn't have an exhaust in the bathroom, so it got steamy, but overall not a biggie. All-round, a solid spot for a getaway – we'll be back for sure! .

Morning meal could be improved by offering a wider variety.

Modern rooms with comfortable king bed, great sofa, big TV, coffee, milk. Easy 600m walk to town. Helpful staff during power outage, providing candles and checking restaurant's power. Secure parking for long bike rides. Large garden with BBQ area to compensate for lack of kitchen.

The location of the motel was very convenient, as it was close to the main town centre. The outdoor area was well-maintained and provided a nice space to relax. The room was clean and comfortable, with helpful amenities such as a microwave and free wifi. The management was accommodating, allowing a late check-in and even letting guests use the shower after check-out time.

The snoring sounds from the neighboring room were quite audible at night.

I had a great stay at this motel. The location was superb, just a short 5-minute walk into town. The room was spacious and comfortable, with daily room service. The motel had a shared yard and pool, which added to the inclusive atmosphere. The heater in the room was fantastic, keeping the room warm and cozy. I enjoyed the convenience and comfort this motel provided.

The room was clean and the bathroom has been modernized so is very nice. the bed and pillows were lovely and comfortable. There was a microwave, toaster, electric jug, and supplies for tea & coffee. Also dishes & cutlery, so very handy that we could get our own breakfast. Plus, the poolside courtyard feels like a hidden oasis where tranquility reigns, just like finding a secret garden in the heart of a bustling city.

Slight water pressure issues.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the great location. The hotel is conveniently located close to all the local attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the town without needing a car. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities provided were satisfactory. The room itself was comfortable, with a modern bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Additionally, breakfast was a nice touch.

We were pleasantly surprised by Motel Sierra's hidden gem of rear pool gardens. The beautifully maintained gardens and refreshing pool provided a tranquil escape. The spacious rooms and nice view added to our enjoyable stay. The renovated bathroom was a beautiful touch.

While the quality of the accommodation was great, the price was not as cheap as we had hoped. However, the only major drawback was the noise issue in Room 28.

Spent Christmas break here and had a wonderful time. the rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and came with a lovely outdoor patio. the location was perfect for exploring the area and trying out local restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised by the on-site laundry which saved us from worrying about laundry. the outdoor pool was the cherry on top, providing a relaxing spot to take in the majestic mountain views.

The only drawback we experienced was that sound carried quite a bit between our room and the adjoining one. However, we didn't have any major noise issues from other guests and were able to enjoy our peaceful holiday.
