We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in a very peaceful area of town was perfect for us. The hotel provided enhanced comfort with its excellent service and housekeeping. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We also loved the sitting area, dining table, and patio, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, and the garden furniture provided a tranquil spot to unwind. The free toiletries, washing machine, and kitchen facilities made us feel right at home. The staff here were friendly and attentive, ensuring that we had a wonderful stay. The outdoor swimming pool and beach access added to the overall experience, making it even more enjoyable.

The motel and villas are situated in a prime location, just opposite the beach, making it convenient for water activities and relaxation. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and pillows that guarantee a restful sleep. The friendly and helpful owners add a personal touch to the service. The proximity to the river offers additional opportunities for fishing and kayaking.

Some guests have mentioned that the live-in owners were occasionally seen using common areas as their personal space, which could be off-putting for some.

Great place to stay after a long drive. Loved the comfortable beds and the beautiful gardens. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beach and very close to supermarkets and cafes. It was also great to have a well-equipped and clean room. the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The bathroom fixtures were worn out and the bathroom cabinet was dilapidated. This detracted from the overall experience.

Our stay at the Motel And Villas was fantastic! We were pleasantly surprised when the staff upgraded us to a spacious and well-equipped villa for a minimal extra cost. The courtesy bus provided by the Tannum Sands hotel was a great convenience, allowing us to dine and drink without worrying about transportation. The owners were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The beautiful gardens and delicious coffee added to the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The location, although not the best, was not a major drawback, as we recommend hiring a car or using push-bikes for easier access. we had a perfect and memorable time at the Motel And Villas and will definitely be returning in the future.
