Arrived to a room with a funky smell, but fresh air did the trick. the toasty car park was sizzling hot – bring your flip flops!

the resort offers plentiful facilities like pools, spas, a rooftop balcony with a private spa, and a gym. the location right on the waterfront and in the heart of town was perfect. the room had everything we needed and the staff were helpful and professional. the amenities like the pools and activity room for children made our holiday enjoyable and easy. We loved that we could easily walk to the beach, coffee shops, and dinner venues. the proximity to landmarks such as Clarke Place Park, Bulcock Street, and Golden Beach made exploring with my family a delight. the relaxation facilities like the sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi added to our overall enjoyment and the family bonding experience.

The database provided was incredibly comprehensive and user-friendly, making my stay efficient and stress-free. the room with a view onto the channel was breathtaking, creating a serene and picturesque atmosphere throughout my visit.

The pillows in the room were a bit too firm for my liking, but this was a very minor inconvenience in an otherwise exceptional stay.

We hit up the hotel triplets entertainment and it was off the chain. the pool party vibes were on point, and the friendly staff made sure we were living our best lives during our stay. the location was mad convenient too, close to all the epic spots in Caloundra.

One thing I wish was better was the Wi-Fi connection. Us young peeps wanna stream and vibe out online, but the signal strength was weak.

Just stayed at a hotel by the beach at Grandpacific Tower. the staff was amazing; they even helped us book zoo tickets! the room needed some touch-ups, but we LOVED the huge deck with stunning views. the pool was even better than in the photos. Would definitely stay here again! 🌴🌺.

Stayed here recently and had a great time. The location was fantastic, with plenty of options for dining and coffee just a short walk away. The highlight for me was the gorgeous view of the beach from my balcony. The pool was also a massive hit with my kids, lots of space and grass to relax on. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed. There was a slight issue with an odd smell when I arrived, but it quickly dissipated once I opened the doors and ran the air con. The bathrooms could use a modern touch, but overall, the value and location were excellent. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the centre of town, close to the beach and restaurants. It is also just a short walk to the local shops. The rooms are clean and modern, with all the necessary appliances. The staff are friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The pool and spa area is spacious and well-maintained, perfect for relaxation. the location and amenities make it a great choice for a comfortable stay.

There were a few issues with the cleanliness of the ensuite bathroom, including a dirty mirror and mould in the shower.

Absolutely loved our romantic escape! the breathtaking views from our balcony were amazing. Also enjoyed the luxurious spa and the comfortable bed -- made for a relaxing getaway. the key location was perfect for strolling hand-in-hand, exploring local shops and restaurants, and taking romantic walks along the beach.

Some aspects of our stay were not up to par. the room was not as clean as we would have hoped, with some areas feeling a bit dingy.
