The staff were top-notch, always going above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of, plus the shared spaces were fantastic for our big group. We made great use of the family spa, swam in the indoor pool, and enjoyed daily happy hours. One small gripe was the slightly cramped dining area setup, but overall, an awesome stay 🌟.

We recently had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything in the area. We loved being so close to the mountain, making it easy for us to enjoy our ski activities. The service provided by the staff was excellent, from the room service to the housekeeping and laundry services. The shuttle service was convenient, and we appreciated the option of using the paid shuttle service as well. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink, which was a nice touch. The room amenities were impressive, with ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area. The hotel also had a great dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area where we enjoyed our breakfast.

The location of this hotel was great for skiing. the breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of options to start the day. It was also convenient to have a storage area for our skiing equipment.

Our experience at this hotel was not great. the cleanliness of our room was lacking with dirty hand prints on the fireplace and crumbs under the couch cushions.
