The evening staff were rude and unhelpful. There were huge cobwebs in the bathroom and the fridge was leaking water.

I stayed here during a difficult time as I was visiting my dad, who was gravely ill. The staff was incredibly understanding and went out of their way to accommodate me, even offering a refund for a night I couldn't stay due to the circumstances. The room itself was decent, and the air conditioning was a much-needed relief during the heat wave. While there were a few hiccups with the check-in process and the cleanliness of some amenities, the positive attitude of the staff made a big difference. Access to the nearby beach and shops was convenient, adding a nice touch to my experience.

Loved the comfy beds and awesome shower pressure! the location is prime, just five minutes from the foreshore. We also enjoyed the onsite restaurant and the nearby pokies and bar. Perfect for us, as we’re karaoke and casino fans!
