we had a wonderful stay at broadbeach travel inn. the location was fantastic, right across pacific fair and with easy access to the beach and tram. our apartment was spacious and clean, with great amenities like a full kitchen and comfortable furnishings. the onsite manager, rex, was incredibly helpful and resolved any issues promptly. we enjoyed the pool and spa, as well as the convenience of secure undercover parking.

Upon arrival at Broadbeach Travel Inn, I discovered an outdated apartment with unhygienic conditions. Stained cushions, broken locks, and dirty windows marred the experience. the lack of cleaning equipment hindered a comfortable 10-day stay. the location saved the visit.

Superb location right across from shopping and a quick walk to the beach - loved it! the pool and jacuzzi were delightful for relaxing in after a day out. the only small hiccup was finding the entrance based on the address provided, a bit confusing but didn't ruin the overall awesome experience. 🌴

We loved the superb location - just a 5-minute walk to Pacific Fair and Jupiter's Casino. the convenience of having the tram station right outside the hotel was a huge plus for us. the clean and spacious third-floor apartment provided a comfortable stay. the helpful staff promptly resolved any issues, such as a faulty shower head and kitchen tap. the renovated kitchen and bathroom were modern and practical, and having a washing machine and dryer in the unit was a great convenience.

The location of this hotel is outstanding! It's near many attractions like Dracula's theatre restaurant and Pacific Fair shopping centre. You'll find a variety of shops and cafes within walking distance. the staff here are top-notch, very kind and accommodating. They went out of their way to drive us to restaurants in Broadbeach for dinner. the outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ facilities were all fabulous. the garden area with sun loungers and beach umbrellas was a nice touch. the heated swimming pool was perfect for a relaxing dip.

Although our stay was enjoyable overall, one aspect that could be improved is the maintenance of the rooms. Some minor repairs like fixing broken locks and blinds would enhance the guest experience.

The location was a real winner for us, with a short walk to the beach, surf life-saving club, playground, and many cafés. Pacific Fair Shopping Mall, Jupiter's Casino, and other tourist destinations were just a stroll or drive away. the value for money was impressive, and the hotel was very convenient, with everything just a short ride or walk away. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the basic amenities were all there. the staff provided good service, and the towels were refreshed regularly. the pool was a nice touch, perfect for picnics or even beach volleyball if you felt like it.

My apartment felt like a time warp—I half expected to find rotary phones! the balcony sliding door was a proper adventure to open, made me feel like a superhero. If only the couch had a cape! Despite the quirks, the cozy kitchen and renovated bathroom added a touch of luxury. the location near the buzzing shopping center and a brisk walk to the beach was a plus, mate.
