Lovely Location and Warm Staff

The location of the motel is absolutely stunning, with peaceful views and convenient proximity to nearby shops. the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, changing our room's bed to suit our preferences promptly and efficiently. the lack of breakfast services and unreliable WiFi were minor drawbacks to an otherwise pleasant stay.

The room was dope with a sick 2 seater couch and cozy king bed. the Ovens river right there was perfect for chillin'. Staff were super nice and the whole place had mad vibes. Perfect spot for our trip to cool spots like Hotel Triplets Entertainment and the club scene!

More party options would've been wicked fun for us night owls.

We loved the beautiful location for a friend's party in the Buckland valley, with river views and cozy rooms. the cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Being close to Bright and having direct access to the bike path were definite highlights.

The room at Buffalo Motel And Country Retreat was exceptionally clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was also in excellent condition, making it a truly pleasant experience. I particularly appreciated the helpful and cheerful attitude of Cherie, the manager. I highly recommend this place for its cleanliness and friendly service.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The rooms are updated with modern furnishings, providing a comfortable and cozy stay. The attention to detail, such as a heater in each room, ensures that guests are well taken care of, especially during the colder months. The hotel's location nestled between the hills adds a scenic touch to the overall experience.

The room was beautifully prepared with a heater on and a friendly lady making us feel welcome. The grounds were well-maintained and the motel a pleasant surprise with spacious, recently made over rooms. The tea and coffee facilities were decent and the extra power points and electric blankets were a great touch.

Spent Xmas here and the surroundings were perfect! Location close to beautiful Bright and the river access made it a great base for our activities. the outdoor cooking and eating facilities were a highlight, loved the fire pits for roasting marshmallows! the room was neat and tidy, and we had a little treat waiting for us in the room which was a nice touch.

The bathroom heater was broken and the room lacked proper insulation, making for a chilly night. the TV had limited viewing options, and there were no lounge areas or food available on the decking as depicted in photos.

The location of this motel is perfect, as it is very close to a river which was nice. It is also close to a national park, which is great for outdoor activities. Additionally, it is quite close to the highway but not too noisy.

The room service was not up to par.
